FAQ

1.- HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS ON THE FESTIVAL WEBSITE?

  • Go to Infomaniak 
     
  • Click on the event-s you want.
     
  • Choose the date (if several dates)
     
  • Select the rate and the amount of tickets.
     
  • Click on ADD TO MY CART.
     
  • If you want to buy other tickets for other shows, click on CONTINUER MES ACHATS, otherwise click on TO THE CART.
     
  • The page with your CART opens up with all your orders on the left.
     
  • To cancel an order, click on the bin on the right.
     
  • To complete your order, fill all the requested fields under PAYMENT INFORMATION, then PROCEED TO PAYMENT
     
  • You will be redirected to the payment page. Follow the instructions.
     
  • You will receive an e-mail with a link to download your ticket. Should you not receive this e-mail within the hour following the validation of your order, check your spams. If you didn’t receive the e-mail, write to billetterie@antigel.ch.

 

1.2 - HOW DOES AN ONLINE PURCHASED TICKET WORK?

A ticket purchased online (as well as at a counter) guarantees your entry to the event, as well as your seat if you had to book one. You will simply need to show, coming to the venue, the QR code / printed ticket that you received per e-mail in PDF.

Please note that we will neither refund nor exchange any ticket.

 

1.3 - MUST I PRINT OUT MY TICKETS?

If you bought a ticket online, you will receive it per e-mail. You can then show the corresponding QR code either from your smartphone or a printed ticket. 

 

1.4 - CAN I BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGE MY TICKET?

No. According to our general conditions of sale, we neither refund nor exchange bought tickets.

2 - HOW TO PURCHASE A FESTIVAL PASS ON THE FESTIVAL WEBSITE?

  • Go to https://etickets.infomaniak.com/shop/GmHBaPl0nt/
     
  • Choose your rate:
    - Full rate: CHF 110.-
    - Reduced rate (AVS « age and survivors insurance », unemployed, AI « disability insurance », youth (< 20 year old) and student): CHF 90.-
     
  • Fill in all the requested fields under PASS OWNER’S INFORMATIONS
     
  • The page SELECT YOUR TICKETS will open, with all the Festival’s events
     
  • Select your shows
     
  • To cancel a booking, click on the « - ». To cancel your whole order, click on Cancel.
     
  • To complete your order, fill all the requested fields under PAYMENT INFORMATION, then PROCEED TO PAYMENT
     
  • You will be redirected to the payment page. Follow the instructions.
     
  • You will receive an e-mail with a link to download your ticket. Should you not receive this e-mail within the hour following the validation of your order, check your spams. If you didn’t receive the e-mail, write to billetterie@antigel.ch.

 

2.1 - HOW TO BOOK SHOWS ONLINE ON MY PASS?

  • You will receive the FESTIVAL PASS that you bought online by post.
     
  • On your pass, there will be a CODE which you will receive by e-mail, allowing you to book your selected events on our website.
     
  • Go to https://etickets.infomaniak.com/shop/GmHBaPl0nt/ and click on SUBSCRIBER ACCESS (top right of the screen). Type your CODE and click on CONNECTION. Here you may also add new selected events.
     
  • Proceed to the payment of the new selected events.
     
  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail and your tickets will also be available directly on your Pass.
     
  • At the venue, show the QR code of your Pass so that it can be scanned.

 

2.2 - HOW DO ONLINE PURCHASED PASSES WORK?

The FESTIVAL Pass enables you to take part to every event of the Festival (subject to availability, excepted for the Kraftwerk 3D show and the events by invitation only). This pass is nominative and non-transferable. It gives access to the events to its owner only.

The festival pass doesn’t give any free access but gives discount on quite all the events.

Please note that we will neither refund nor exchange any pass.

 

2.3 - MUST I MAKE A BOOKING IF I OWN A FESTIVAL PASS?

Yes. Without a previous booking, we will not be able to guarantee you the access to the shows.

 

3 - I PAID MY ORDER BUT DID NOT RECEIVE ANY LINK FOR MY TICKET OR MY PASS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Check that the e-mail didn’t go to your spam. If it did not, write to billetterie@antigel.ch, you might have written a wrong e-mail address.

 

4 - I’M HAVING TROUBLES WITH MY ONLINE PURCHASES. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The problem might come from your browser. Our IT team recommends using Google Chrome. If the issue continues, try with private browsing mode.

If you set up an ad-blocker, check that it is deactivated. Check your internet connection too.

If the problem continues, describe it per e-mail to billetterie@antigel.ch.

 

5 - CAN I BOOK SHOWS PER PHONE OR E-MAIL?

No. For security reasons, we accept bookings neither per phone nor per e-mail.

 

6 - WHERE DO I GET MY ACCREDITATION?

You will receive your accreditation either per post or attending your first event (you then need to go to the tickets counter of the venue).

 

7 - CAN I LEND MY PASS OR ACCREDITATION TO SOMEONE IF I CANNOT ATTEND A SESSION?

No, the Passes and the accreditations are nominative and non-transferable. They give access to the events only to their owner. In case of misuse, they will be seized.

 

8 - MUST I BOOK ONLINE?

No, you can also book your tickets at the venue, but subject to availability.

 

9 - RECOMMENDATIONS

The Festival reserves the right to refuse entry to latecomers – even with a valid ticket – without refund nor exchange.
