Since 2018 La Sunday has been THE hype event in Abidjan. Every Sunday, the event (which is now a festival) gets the capital dancing to the good vibes of coupé-decalé, French and US rap, old school and soul. Shap Shap gives carte blanche to Bain de Foule, the ultra-creative collective behind the concept, for an opening night in the colours of Côte d’Ivoire.

Amos A La Playa and Faye, two DJs made in Switzerland and yet already used to Sunday in Abidjan open the festivities in the Oasis d'Antigel, the Restaurant de la Plage des Eaux-Vives designed especially by Antigel!. LE JUIICE, the new Ivorian boss of the French rap scene, will swinging her hard-hitting punchlines of her new album, layered with autotune and a powerful flow. Her extraordinary talent has made her the most influential Trap Mama of the moment. Straight from Abidjan, Asna, Jeune Lio and Black Charles, whose live performances have set the Ivory Coast’s underground scene ablaze with heavy, danceable sound vibrations, will complete this explosive line-up.
